Fortunately, there have been lots of technological advancements which altered the movie community. There is always a new and exciting picture that sweeps viewers off of their feet. The eyes of today’s generation are fortunate enough to have seen such amazing spectacles. This is possible with aid from the green screen Hollywood process. Therefore this approach requires blending two photos so that they appear to be in a single frame. Without it, films these days would certainly continue to include unrealistic puppets and poorly drawn backdrops. Here are a few motion pictures that have been authorized by the green screen or “chroma key” strategy.

Star Wars. One of the first contemporary motion pictures which applied chroma key technology was George Lucas’ “The Empire Strikes Back.” Amazing battleship chases, interplanetary backgrounds, and fascinating settings would not be feasible without Chroma Key Technology. Think of the Millennium Falcon zooming on a fake-looking backdrop. Imagine painted backgrounds instead of the marvelous places the motion picture depicted throughout a galaxy far, far away. It certainly doesn’t seem very welcoming, does it? Fortunately, Chroma key technology saved the day by producing the creation of Lucas’ imaginary world feasible.

Titanic. Titanic is a colossal tear-jerker of a movie. Who wouldn’t weep for poor Jack and Rose? Who is able to forget the iconic “I’m the king of the world” scene? Who did not hold their breath when the condemned vessel snapped in 1 / 2 right after hitting the iceberg? This piece of motion picture magic wouldn’t be achievable without the green screen Hollywood technique. Without it, the love story may not be realistic. Very poor quality pictures and backgrounds will surely cause the Titanic to sink at the box office.

300. This movie is a genuine digital spectacle. 300 was taken completely on green screen! Leonidas and the Spartans wouldn’t end up inside a aesthetically magnificent atmosphere if it were not with the miracle of the Chroma Key Technique. The look and feel of the motion picture would not be identical without the chroma key technique. Without it, the concept of 300 troops beating an army of ghoulish men would likely appear to be obvious mayhem instead of splendor.

Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Gollum is by far one of the eeriest CGI creations, and his look and feel in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy was authorized by Chroma Key. The creature’s lifelike actions had been shot by means of chroma key technology. Furthermore, the elegance of the Shire and other parts of the Lord of the Rings world will not filmed simply by making life sized models. That’s where the green screen comes into play. It digitally created backdrops that were combined with the movie for a more genuine experience. This made the movie all the more precious.
