Remote access for DishNetwork means that you can access your DVR anytime from any place with DISH remote access. Using DISH remote access you can schedule your DVR to record a show from anywhere, look at the program guide or even see posters of your favorite movies and shows. There are however certain receivers that are capable of this including the 522, 625, VIP 612, VIP 622 and VIP 722k.
